On November 18, 2023, the Jason Horowitz Academy squad of
Hannah Fox, Elizabeth Ying, and Rivka Lipkovitz teamed up with guest competitor
Vivian Zhong to capture the
silver medal at the INTEGIRLS Los Angeles Fall Math Competition. Hosted virtually by the LA chapter, the contest drew high-school girls and non-binary students from across Southern California for an intense morning of individual problems, team puzzles, and relay rounds. We are proud of the team’s collaboration, persistence, and problem-solving skill, and we applaud their dedication to promoting inclusive, joyful mathematics.
